Recruiting Administrator

Recruiting Administrator plays a key role in managing job applicants and maintaining the candidate databases.  Working closely with our recruiters, the Associate participates in data and candidate management, screening and maintaining job postings. 

 

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

 

? Post/maintain job openings on internal and external job boards for the recruiters

? Schedule phone interviews and handle logistics through the interview process

? Input/maintain candidate data, requisitions and future candidate information within established database consistent according to well-defined processes; generate reports as required

? Provide administrative support for phone coverage, PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets ect..

 

Qualifications:

 

? 2 + years of previous administrative or business experience

? Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to input and manipulate large pieces of data

? Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with candidates and internal clients

? Highly detail-oriented; strong process management skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines

? Ability to work in a matrix environment, managing the expectations of multiple clients

? Ability to perform multiple assignments simultaneously; coordinating and processing large volumes of work

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Able to learn on-the-job in an exciting, fast-paced environment

? Must be dependable and able to work additional hours

? Ability to maintain confidentiality of data
