Due to growth and success, we are seeking high energy, talented professionals to join our team of Recruiting Consultants based in Austin, Texas, to support our rapidly expanding customer base.

 

As a Senior Recruiting Consultant your responsibilities will include:

?  Join Team of Recruiting Professionals assigned to a long term RPO engagement

?  Full life cycle ownership of open requisitions and front line support of Hiring Managers

?  Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies

?  Become subject matter expert on the Recruiting Tool and track process activities

?  Provide input for strategy design and process improvement

 

What we are looking for:

?3+ years working in a non-exempt, high-volume recruiting environment

?  Full life cycle recruiting experience (sourcing through closing)

?  Strong recruiting, sourcing AND DSNI, (direct sourcing and networking) skills

?  Must have strong organizational skills in order to prioritize a large number of open requisitions

?  Process oriented, technology driven and knowledgeable of ATS or similar tools

?  Excellent customer and candidate relationship management skills

?  Positive attitude with ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and sometimes changing work environment
