Summary:

This position has active involvement in all facets of a temporary and/or permanent placement in a technical consulting environment. This position will work directly with Senior Technical Recruiters on the initial phases of recruiting, including first contact, research, sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates.

Position Responsibilities:Source candidates and facilitate recruitment process.Coordinate administrative duties for Sr. Technical Recruiters to include formatting resumes into profiles for submittal to client, and other clerical tasksPerforms reference checking procedures on all temporary employees and/or placed permanent candidates, also using activity to build additional candidates Understand the needs and the priorities of the recruiting team for the types/ skill sets of candidates required to be placed. Provide feedback to the recruitment team regarding status of positions with regard to sourcing efforts.Act as the liaison with subcontracting firms by sending them open requirements.Post open positions and/or refresh open positions on job boards.Review media and weekly ads to identify trends and prospects.Input, maintain, and document candidate communication within HRIS database.Forward / submit best candidate to Senior Technical Recruiters.Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.Active participation in professional and civic organizations designed to build networking database.Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources.

Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within a Human Resources, Recruiting, or Staffing agency environmentAbility to work well and interact with othersMust have excellent organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks Expert with Microsoft Word and strong skills with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to use discretion in working with highly confidential informationTechnical knowledge is a plus
