Spherion Staffing Services has a partnership with one of the largest specialty apparel brands in the industry -- sourcing for both their major Bay Area Campuses. All our positions are corporate based (translation, no retail). All our positions are on a contract basis. Curently we are sourcing for RECRUITING COORDINATORS to come on board. We have openings in many of the recruiting departments.

TITLE: Recruiting Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Recruiting
REPORTING TO: Sr. Manager / Sr. Recruiter
GENERAL SUMMARY: This position will act as liaison throughout the recruiting process for all open positions. The Recruiting Coordinator effectively communicates and partners with the recruiting team, hiring groups and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to the Senior Manager / Senior Recruiter. Communicates with hiring managers/business partners and candidates regarding recruiting status. Coordinate with Recruiting team on special projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and coordinate all candidate travel and interview schedules. Communicate schedules to recruiters, candidates and hiring managers. Schedule phone interviews as needed.
Own offer letter process:
Produce offer letters and obtain necessary signatures. Email final offer letters to hiring managers for approval.
Mail original offer letter, benefit information and new employee paperwork booklet to new hire.
Generate on-boarding memo. Send the memo and the on-boarding booklet to the hiring manager.
Collect and document resumes and source codes into ARMS. Send to Saztec as appropriate.
Complete candidate reimbursement forms for Accounts Payable.
Participate in quarterly Coordinator Meetings.
Check candidates? references as appropriate
Manage the flow of candidate applications and background check forms.
Coordinate new hire orientation with HRD and hiring group.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Provide general administration (phones, faxes, mail).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Proficient in Windows NT, MS Office, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook
Strong customer service skills
Must demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment
Detail oriented, flexible, and comfortable within an ambiguous ever changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum educational level:
BA/BS preferred or equivalent business experience
Minimum experience:
1 to 3 years administrative support experience, HR experience preferred
