Recruiting Director/Team Leader - Strategic Staffing, PGP

Description: This position will have responsibility to lead the Recruiting efforts and manage the US Pharmaceutical Sales National Recruiting Team This position will report into the Sr. Director/Team Leader for Strategic Staffing in USP.

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

o Managing the USP National Sales Recruiting Team
o Developing and implementing a consistent, efficient and qualitative national Recruiting Process and Strategy aligned with Sales Leadership goals to ensure the successful hiring of 1,200-1,800 primary healthcare sales reps annually
o Creating common goals and objectives for the Sales Recruiting team supported by Sales Leadership
o Developing a national recruiting sourcing strategy - including a national advertising and branding campaign
o Identifying, developing and evaluating core recruiting skills and competencies required to build high performing, value-added recruiting team with career mobility
o Developing and implementing accurate reports and metrics for USP Sales Hiring including time to fill, source of hire and cost per hire as well as progress against diversity hiring goals
o Tracking and analyzing an annual budget Control costs, seeking efficiencies and measure cost effectiveness of deliverables.
o Overseeing the consistent use of recruiting technology and identifying best practices to ensure optimal Recruiting Coordinator and Recruiter efficiencies
o Identifying and executing against a national university recruiting strategy
o Identifying creative and cost effective resource solutions during period of extreme high volume recruiting initiatives
o Working with Headquarters Staffing team to create alignment with Sales Staffing team
o 40-50% travel is required

Qualifications:
Qualifications for this position include:

o A Bachelors degree or equivalent as well as seven to ten years experience in Recruiting with a minimum of three years experience leading a Recruiting team, managing departmental budgets and contracted and partnered/matrix relationships
o Ability to develop, analyze and evaluate team and individual goals and objectives
o Experience planning, implementing and monitoring national recruiting strategies and objectives
o Ability to build relationships at all levels by partnering with Sales Leadership, the overall HR community as well as Corporate Functions
o Demonstrated ability to develop a high performing team; collaboration skills, ability to share responsibility for results as well as provide and accept feedback
o Ability to influence clients and colleagues, deliver constructive advice, diagnose and resolve problems and positively influence change
o Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong attention
o Demonstrated ability to develop strong, positive relationships with clients
o Broad understanding of Hiring and HR practices and related Employment laws and regulations.
o Strong knowledge and ability to recommend and utilize a broad range of recruitment tools and services, particularly related to recruiting technology, to meet national recruiting needs
o Ability and willingness to travel nationally to lead U.S. recruitment activities and programs
