RECRUITING MANAGER

We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to manage a seasoned staff of 10 -15 Executive Recruiters. We are seeking individuals with the following skills and background:
? Bachelor?s degree, Master?s a plus.
? Minimum of 5-10 years full-cycle recruiting and staffing experience.
? Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team in a high-performance environment.
? Proven background in leadership and staff development.
? History of successful client support.
? Willingness to work in a home-office environment for 30-40 hours per week.
? Ability to travel to Omaha, NE approximately 2-3 times per month for company meetings.
? Prefer Midwest location: Suggested locations include Omaha, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, Kansas City, St. Louis, Des Moines, Phoenix.
? Salary and benefits are negotiable and designed to meet individual needs.
