plumRHINO Consulting has an exciting contract engagement for a Recruiting Researcher/Sourcer position available in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s Degree and 3 to 5 years sourcing or recruiting experience. The Researcher will be supporting the recruiting team by cold calling, doing research, and internet sourcing to recruit/source Financial Services Professionals. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, doing extensive internet searches and cold calling, and presenting recommended final candidates to recruiting consultants and or line management. Ability to identify key talent via cold calling, internet research, and unique search techniques under pressure is desired. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication, negotiation, sales, and influencing skills.
