OVERVIEW OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify new candidates through cold calling, networking and job postings.Screen, interview and obtain references for new candidates.Build long-term relationships with candidates by consulting and managing their career decisions.Create new and innovated ways to recruit qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions.Present available jobs to qualified candidates.Negotiate rates and contract terms.
