As a senior recruiting specialist, you will be recruiting engineering and construction professionals for both home office and field assignments. Reporting to the Director of Staffing & Recruitment, you will have full life cycle recruitment responsibility from inception of the employment requisition to the offer letter. You will be a key point of contact for hiring managers and support a diverse client group including members of senior management. Responsibilities will include searching for candidates through online databases, cold-calling, print ads, etc., as well as developing recruitment strategy and creative solutions for difficult to fill positions.
Requirements include:
Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resources7 plus years experience recruiting for an engineering and/or construction firmFull life cycle recruitment experience to include cold-calling candidatesExperience mining online resumesStrong computer skillsCollege Recruiting experience
