Recruiting Staffing Specialist

An excellent opportunity exists for an ambitious, self-motivated Recruiter! Manpower, is currently hiring for a staffing recruiter. This individual is responsible for taking complete and accurate job orders and identifying and placing temporary employees on assignments with client companies according to specified job orders, requirements and identifying business development opportunities through penetration of existing accounts.

This position will require someone to be self-directed, with an ability to think outside the box and approach situations with a positive mindset. We will train individuals who are driven, motivated and have a willingness to learn. **The position will entail being on the phone about 75% of the day. **

The Recruiting Staffing Specialist will use a variety electronic recruiting tools and other recruiting techniques to meet objectives. Strong PC skills are necessary. Must have the ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks, work well in a team environment and be willing to cross-train on multiple office tasks.

- Prior Admin experience is a plus!
