This is a first-level supervisory position with a full understanding of recruiting practices and familiarity of company policies and procedures. As a fully-competent and experienced recruiter, the Recruiting Supervisor will work independently to fill assigned requisitions within a specific business area or areas, in accordance with operating procedures. In addition, this position supervises a staff of 2 exempt-level Recruiters and a non-exempt level Recruiting Coordinator for the Austin Sales & Service site. The Recruiting Supervisor will work closely with business managers to anticipate and respond to hiring needs. This includes sourcing, conducting phone interviews, qualifying candidates, and partnering with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive end-to-end hiring experience. The Recruiting Supervisor will participate in and may take a lead role in projects, and may conduct training classes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree Human Resources or relevant field of study; or Associates degree and at least 5 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous recruiting and supervisory experience required.
- Ability to travel freely between Tampa, Fl and Austin, TX.
- Personal computer proficiency with solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Good written and oral communications skills; ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations.
- Ability to recommend process improvements and lead projects with little guidance.
- Ability to partner with customers, advise, influence and make sound judgment calls; solid negotiating skills and decision making capability.
- Ability to efficiently manage heavy requisition load, work independently, prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrates flexibility, objectivity in responding to business needs
- Demonstrates strong customer-focus; builds collaborative relationships with internal and external customers; is sensitive to company needs, employee goodwill and public image.
- Possesses business acumen / knowledge.
- Bilingual skills a plus: Spanish/English
