Recruiting Team Leader/Manager (Professional Recruiting)

Experience and Skills:
We are searching for a business-savvy recruiting lead with experience with both management and recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume, corporate environment. This is a high-visibility position, partnering with senior leadership/executives to ensure we exceed our hiring goals now and in the future.
Candidates must be highly accomplished at leading and managing a team while sourcing and closing talent. The ideal candidate is both a manager and a recruiter, able to work in a collaborative environment and possesses a proven ability of implementing effective recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities include:
The Recruiting Team Leader/Manager will recruit for positions related to sales or professional services while managing, leading, and developing a small team.
Full life-cycle recruitment to include: job definition, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer and negotiations, reference and background checks
Establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers to quickly assess and understand hiring needs
Sourcing and prescreening candidates for review using cold call recruiting as well as Internet research and networking
Interview candidates using behavioral and technical questions to assess and qualify candidates
Effectively recruit for varying skill sets within a demanding corporate environment
Establish highly effective full life-cycle recruiting process that produces hires in a timely manner
Blackbaud will consider those candidates with the following experience:
5+ years experience with full life-cycle recruiting, at least 3 years in a corporate environment
Experience working within a metrics-based environment
Familiarity with an ATS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience recruiting for diverse levels of corporate and technical sales is desired
