Manage and coordinate all on-campus recruiting activities for UTC Fire & Security in North America.
- Relationships with universities.
- In class teaching experiences.
- Career fairs.
- On-campus and on-site interviewing.
- Collection of hiring requirements.
- Distribution of talent to hiring business.
Manage and coordinate Fire Safety Americas Engineering Development/Rotation program, as well as any subsequent rotation programs that grow from successful implementation.
- Relationships with universities.
- Manage employee participants training conferences.
- Mentor assignment to participants.
- Drive robust project assignments.
- Benchmark results and replicate to other functions.
Other assignments and projects will also be assigned to develop the skillset of the selected candidate.
BA or BS required.
Experience in undergraduate or graduate recruiting.
Project management.
Managing multiple responsibilities.
Demonstrated creativity to drive oustanding results.
Relationship building with multiple customers.
Must be willing to travel as needed. Travel is approximately 5%.
