As our Recruitment Associate, you would handle the full spectrum of recruitment and candidate placement for a prestigious Fortune 500 client, using state-of-the-art tools and a unique process that has led to the hiring of over 12,000 employees last year for our largest client (that?s a new hire every 10 minutes). Your primary responsibilities would include the following:Reaching out to high-priority candidates and selling them on the position, career track and companyConducting phone career previews with candidatesScheduling eligible candidates for Hiring Manager interviews and collecting feedback regarding interviewsExtending offers to selected candidates and maintaining regular contact with them during their certification processEnsuring that hiring goals are met for assigned offices

The successful candidate will also possess a combination of the following experience, skills and aptitude:Demonstrated recruitment experience is strongly preferredSales experience is preferredA background in recruiting other sales professionals is idealComputer proficiency is essential, while experience in Applicant Tracking Systems is helpfulExcellent phone communication skills are requiredA Bachelor?s degree is preferred
