Recruitment Coordinator
National Engineering & Technical Operations (NE&TO) is responsible for Comcast's engineering and network operations for our industry-leading cable video, high-speed Internet and voice services. This team also spearheads technology strategy for the deployment of new, complementary communications products and services. The single IP-based infrastructure, which is the main focus for NE&TO, plays an integral role in successfully delivering on our triple play product bundle strategy.
HR & OE leads the collaborative development of NE&TO people strategies, and delivers HR partnership that enables the business by attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent and building a fully-engaged and aligned team, capable of continuous growth and change.Join a great recruiting team! Comcast NE&TO currently seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting function across multiple locations. This key position requires someone who thrives in a fast paced, varied environment who has a high degree of organization and accuracy. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the job posting process including internal/external job postings, content for advertisements, and the maintenance of job requisition folders for 100% compliance. S/He will be responsible for partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a quality candidate experience to include coordination of the internal applicant process from verification of eligibility through transfer to a position; coordination of internal/external interview schedules and travel when applicable; applicant communications; and coordination and implementation of the offer process and relocation where applicable. S/He will also be responsible for administering new hire and hiring manager surveys; employee referral program administration and tracking; as well as managing all recruitment metrics to include survey results/reporting, and monthly, quarterly reports for business management teams and finance. Additional responsibilities will include facilitation of co-op and intern programs; partnering with recruiters and HR Representatives on special projects; and additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
? BS/BA in Human Resources, Business or an applicable discipline with a minimum of 2 years? experience; commensurate work experience will considered
? Strong computer aptitude including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
? Demonstrated experience using BrassRing (preferred) or an alternative CRM tool
? Self-starter who takes initiative, needs little supervision
? Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
? Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
? Ability to maintain confidentiality
? Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional, businesslike manner
? Willingness to work overtime as needed
? Previous experience in recruiting/hiring/human resources required
