Recruitment Process Analyst

PetSmart headquarters (Store Support Group) in Phoenix, Arizona currently has an opening for a Recruitment Process Analyst. The Recruitment Process Analyst is responsible for managing multiple projects or processes in regards to field staffing. This individual manages the budget for recruitment efforts. Responsible for assisting in college recruiting, analyzing monthly bench and staff reports to identify opportunity. Responsible for college recruitment efforts. Analyze various reports to identify areas of opportunity regarding regional recruitment efforts including areas such as Salon Recruitment, New Hotel Recruitment, New Store Recruitment, College Recruitment, and Store Interns. Works with Services Recruiter to identify areas that need help in staffing, working to staff prior to new store opening. Follows up on progress, tactics and reports out to VP ? Field People. Analysis monthly or quarterly reports related to recruitment and staffing efforts to identify trends, areas of opportunity, goals achievement. Understands the PetSmart store structure.

 

A Bachelor's degree is required. Knowledge of general HR functions. Knowledge of general HR functions.
