Recruitment & Retention Coordinator

This position will be responsible for the sourcing, recruiting and retention of both internal and external healthcare candidates in the Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Home Office locations.  Will conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for staff along with management support.  May be asked to assist with new hire paperwork and participate in various committees related to recruitment and retention.  This position is also responsible for working with Home Office HR with retention strategies and models within the division.  It will also require consistent field calls to places of potential applicant flow in addition to internet sourcing.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of solid healthcare recruiting experience or a related field.  This person should be comfortable with field and/or cold calls.  Must be proficient in general computer software skills.  This candidate must be able to work independently, be multi-tasked, self-driven, professional, outgoing and fun.
