DescriptionSXC, a leading pharmacy information processing solutions business is looking for a Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter to join their growing office in Lombard, IL. SXC's comprehensive suite of service offerings and software-based solutions support a wide array of organizations across the full spectrum of the pharmacy supply and delivery system.


The Recruiting Generalist will provide support in functional areas of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment and employment, personnel records, benefits administration, organization development and training, employee relations, and payroll processing. Required ExperienceExperience: Requirement for this position include:

o 3-4 years high volume current Recruiting experience required with HR Generalist experience a plus

o Payroll and Technical Recruiting experience preferred

o Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools

o Excellent written and oral communication skills. Required Educationo Degree in HR or related field preferred.
