Region HR Manager - Carry In/Home Delivery

The Region HR Manager is responsible for human resource activities in the Repair Facilities, Parts Distribution Centers and Market Delivery Operation facilities.

Qualifications
Responsible for HR activities in Central Repair Centers, Parts and MDOs. Reports directly to the HR Director, Operations and Administration.
. Partners with business team to develop HR strategies that support the region's objectives.

Interprets Company HR policies and provides guidance to management team regardingthese policies, as well as local policies and practices. Ensures compliance with all State and Federal employment laws.

Responsible for salary administration process for all associates. Conducts annual localmarket wage and benefit surveys, analyzes data and recommends changes asappropriate. Ensures associates receive periodic compensation and benefit training.

Responsible for assessing staffing requirements and developing and implementing anappropriate staffing strategy. Ensures affirmative action goals are met and strategy seeks diversity candidates. Analyze cost/hire and adjust strategy as appropriate.

Coaches management team prior to discussions with associates, reviews all terminationsfor hourly associates, makes recommendations to Plant Manager for salaried associates. Ensures exit interviews are conducted.

Administers associate surveys, coaches and trains management team on feedback andaction planning process, and monitors progress on action planning. Focuses onfostering two-way communication, building team environment and adaptability tochange. Union avoidance.

Responsible for implementing an associate recognition program. Assesseseffectiveness of program and makes recommendations for changes.

Oversees all administrative requirements within factory and GRC's. 3 salaried HR Generalists report to the Region HR Manager
Regular travel required to remote units.

Maintains confidentiality
