Regional Account Manager ( Sales Manager , Staffing)

Davis IT/Engineer is a full service staffing company that specializes in staffing IT and Engineering Professionals throughout the United States and Canada.  We have an immediate need for a Sales Professional/ Account Manager who can help grow the IT and Engineering Division.  This position is an excellent opportunity to get into a growing industry/company and establish a client base. 

 

Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 4 years direct sales experience including prospecting, cold calling and client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization. Strong communication and organizational skills are required in order to maintain a level of activity which includes qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and generating revenue. The ideal candidate will have intermediate level Word and Excel skills along with Internet research capabilities and networking skills. Staffing industry experience is a plus! Other:

The ideal candidate will have a background in selling Staffing and Consultant services within a fast paced high tech environment.  Strong knowledge of IT terms and positions including Data Architects, Programmers, Software Engineers (Java, C++, C, J2EE), ERP Consultants and QA Professionals. Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is also a plus.
