HQM is currently seeking an HR Director to cover our Eastern Tennessee region.

Qualities:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional who has experience providing HR stewardship to multiple operating divisions. The ideal candidate must have the desire to provide the finest programs related to positive employee relations, rewards and recognition, organizational effectiveness, resource and productivity management and in recruitment and staffing.

Qualifications: Someone who is an HR visionary with exceptional organizational agility Quick response bias and outstanding customer service skills.  A creative problem solver, with a strong analytical mind coupled with an eye for detail.  Must be pro-active, exhibit sound judgment and decision making abilities plus a strong work ethic is a must.Experience in dealing with unions Must have multi-site experience, be very flexible and relationship focused Monitor facilities for compliance issues, policies and procedures, job descriptions, forms etc. Ensure all facilities are up-dated on existing/new legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the region Excellent written/presentation skills and computer technology knowledge are also required (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Ability to travel extensively within your region and cover 11 approx different sites and be home based.Must have BA/BS degree in related field + over 3 years experience in a multi-facility role. Healthcare industry is a plus although not essentialMust have a PHR or SPHR certification or at least scheduled to sit the test.Salary range $65K - $75K depending on experience plus benefits
