As our Regional Human Resources Manager based out of Dallas, TX you will manage remote employees who work for Copart in your assigned territory. Serving as a true HR generalist, you will manage the customer relationship, implement HR initiatives, drive projects to completion and provide counsel to all levels of management and employees. You will be involved in many diverse functions: from counseling and policy reviews, to investigations and remedial action plans. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Solid understanding of fundamental state and federal regulations, HR compliance, functions and procedures; excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to perform complex, professional tasks independently and creativity to develop innovative solutions for multiple customers; and excellent customer service orientation.
