Description:
The Regional Human Resources Administrator is a critical component to the overall operations of the SF Regional Human Resources Department. The SF Region consist of 500+ employees and is comprise of the following locations to name a few; SF, Portland and Seattle.

The Regional Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

? Handling employees? general questions regarding payroll, benefits, etc in a timely manner;
? Processing and/or analyzing of HR Reports (i.e. headcount reports, turnover tracking, etc.);
? Manage Regional Salary Administration Process;
? Payroll distribution & resolution of issues/questions in a timely manner;
? Tracking of tuition reimbursement, anniversary awards, etc;
? Filing of confidential personnel related information;
? Handling of HR telephones;
? Coordination of HR related training activities (i.e conference room reservation, training supplies, ordering food, etc.);
? Keeping HR information up to date (i.e. Org. Charts, employee benefits information, forms, etc.);
? Handle HR paperwork and conducting HR New Hire Orientation and Open Enrollment Benefit Meetings (i.e. processing new hire paperwork/benefits; LOA?s, terminations, transfers, job title changes, etc.);
? Possible recruitment of non-exempt staff;
? Ability to grow into an HR Representative within 2 - 3+ years.
