We are currently looking for an Regional HR Manager for our Santa Clara, CA Regional Office.  We need individuals who can manage HR duties for their particular region that comprises up to 750 employees in different work locations. Human Resources duties involve performing at the professional level and focus on areas such as employee relations, enforcing company policies and procedures, conflict resolution and problem solving, employment related projects such as employee orientation, learning and development, career development, and performance appraisal initiatives; all involve close interaction with Regional Managers and Project Supervisors. 

 

Requirements include:

 Master's degree in Human Resources Management is required Up to 2 years HR experience is preferred. Must be a steady, reliable worker with good work ethics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Considerable tact and human relations skills, interacting with all levels of management and employees.  Good problem-solving and negotiating skill. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and HRIS maintenance.  Must be able to function within a multi-cultural team.
