Regional Human Resources Manager USA / Directeur régional des ressources humaines (États-Unis)
Reporting to the Vice-President, Human Resources, the selected candidate will have to provide the necessary support to US Divisions (Leominster, New York City, Niagara Falls, Lancaster, Schenectady and Thompson) as for the application of the HR general practices and will need to play a key role in the establishment of Norampac?s philosophy. The candidate will also have to participate to the collective bargaining, the compensation and benefits management, and the recruitment for senior positions. Finally, he will have to be involved in certain special projects relevant to the position.
