Regional Training Manager- San Diego

As of Dec. 25, 2005, there were 1,804 Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar restaurants, of which 1,318 were operated by franchisees and 486 were operated by the company.


Key Accountabilities:

-Program Development Feedback: Provide formative information and input in the design of training programs
-Regional People development: Provide training and development support for an assigned company region
-Implementation/Initiative Training: Deliver training initiatives to assigned company region (and franchise constituency as needed). Initiatives may include new systems and processes, menu changes, and rollouts
-Management Training: Manage the continued improvement of program execution for assigned region
-Hourly Associate Training: Manage the continued improvement of program execution for assigned region


Ideal candidate will have:

-2+ years experience managing/delivering training in a regional (multi unit) capacity
-Demonstrated solid facilitation and platform skills
-2+ years of budget/ P&L accountability
-Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or similar desired
