In this position you will serve as reporting administrator for within the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) for global Human Resources (HR) reporting systems. Initial focus will be to serve as dedicated reporting analyst for HR-One project, leading and assisting in the design of the reporting strategy for global HR information. This position requires you to support and enhance HR reporting processes through the use of the various HR reporting systems, including but not limited to the HR Data Depot (MicroStrategy) and Lawson. This centralized role is responsible for ensuring that HR reporting systems function effectively and efficiently based on business requirements while also maintaining proper internal control over financial reporting. The position serves as the Taleo Database Administrator oversees the functional design, and maintenance of the recruiting database Taleo. Works with the vendor Taleo in ensuring database performance and data issues to include any user issues are resolved. In addition works with Taleo on all upgrades to include testing of changes to the data and interfaces.  You will also be responsible to maintain the corporate policies that involve information access to our global HR reporting systems. Perform monitoring and reporting functions, including periodic audits to ensure segregation of duties and business appropriateness of user access. Responsible for defining functional business rules, related testing and approval prior to hand-off to HR IT for technical changes. Accountabilities include: Serve as HR-One Reporting Lead focused on establishing a global HR information strategy and deployment of meaningful, user-friendly information to the business units. Work closely with the HR community and other users of HR information (e.g., financial controllers) to understand their business requirements and facilitate any process and/or design changes. Assist in the definition of strategic and managerial direction of HR reporting with a focus on providing global information accurately, completely, timely and electronically. Work closely with HR functional owners to ensure the necessary level of security around HR reporting. Convert the reporting environment to handle any acquisitions and/or divestitures to and from the company. Establish the proper controls and procedures to ensure security standards towards new or old customers. Maintain the company standard for security within all global HR reporting applications. Works closely with the Talent Acquisition  group ensuring that the Taleo database maintains a high level of usability necessary to support the recruitment process . Maintain a high level of control toward safeguarding the company’s assets, since we will be dealing with individual access rules that impact payroll. Understand and facilitate the development of data integrity, feeds, interfaces, processes, role-based security and upgrades of HR reporting systems (e.g., MicroStrategy, Taleo, etc.) and the systems that feed them (e.g., Lawson, PMP, etc.). 



Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience with a strong Human Resources backgroundStrong analytical, communication and presentation skills.Experience in Business Intelligence or Corporate Performance Management  preferred.5 to 7 years experienceRecruiting database experience a plusSolid experience in business intelligence and/or system reporting processes. Understanding of Lawson, Payroll processes and the system aspects of information security a plus.
