Research Associate / Senior Associate

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  A Research Associate is an integral part of the Research Group.  This individual will conduct searches for key executive and senior management positions within a variety industries.

 

  The successful candidate will have the ability to research and comprehend multiple industries, and to identify strong candidates for executive positions.  He/She must have the confidence to speak with senior executives, engage them in meaningful dialogue and to quickly qualify and assess their potential candidacy.

 

  As part of the Research Team this individual will be in daily contact with the Director and Principal on active searches, and will demonstrate a high sense of urgency, and dedication to the team?s success

? A successful Executive Search Recruiter will be an intelligent, extroverted individual with a strong work ethic and an ability to work individually as well as part of a team.

? Will have the ability to communicate at all levels, and conduct multiple searches in varying stages, and will constantly monitor their assignments for quality and deadlines.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

? We are looking for recent college graduates and those with 2 - 5 years experience. Those candidates with a flexible approach to problem solving and a grasp of common sense will excel in these roles.
