Resource Staffing Manager
Provides direction to properly develop and implement a Resource Staffing plan for a FMS Business Unit. Conceives and implements jointly with line management, recruitment program initiatives to fill vacant positions. Establishes and maintains all networks inside and outside the organization to support applicant tracking. Works as a business partner to retain and grow talent pool inside the FMS organization.
Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMS policy requirements.
DUTIES/ACTIVITIES:
Customer service:
Responsible for participating in and communicating the FMCNA culture through customer service standards.
Develops and maintains effective relationships through timely and effective communication with all customers.
Quality:
Responsible for complying with all related FMCNA policies and procedures.
Responsible for bringing in qualified applicants in a timely manner.
Financial/Operational Management/Business Practices:
Responsible for the coordination of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring all levels for FMS.
Meets regularly with FMS field management to assess current and future recruitment needs.
Help develop and coordinate the recruitment strategy for geographic regions utilizing web, networking, community, career fairs, campus interviews, and ad copy.
Conduct phone screens and provide detailed information on candidates to hiring manager.
Fill positions in a specific amount of days.
Coordinate the movement of employees/applicants across the United States.
Verify background information on candidates such as license, OIG/GSA, education, and criminal.
Prepares offer letters for candidates.
Develop and coordinate recruitment activities with external professional recruitment agencies.
Distributes new hire packets.
Assist on recruiting projects across the country.
Coordinates the EEO programs with HR Management.
Provides monthly status report on number recruitment activities.

Education
Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field needed. Masters preferred. Human Resources professional certificate a plus.
Experience and required skills
Six to eight years of progressive healthcare resource staffing and recruitment, experience needed (Clinical recruitment experience preferred).
Minimum of four years recruitment in a large decentralized multi-state organization needed.
Will need excellent time management, negotiation, organizational skills, computer skills, multi task/project management skills along with strong leadership skills desired.
Extensive travel associated with this position.
