Our client, an established restaurant company, currently has an exceptional opportunity for a Human Resource Generalist at their southwest loop location. This is not a corporate position so we seek hands on, in store experience. In this newly created position, the incumbent will be responsible for bi-weekly payroll, benefit administration, recruiting, training, accounts payable, employee orientation and a variety of other related projects. Hours are varied and experience with high volume non-exempt employees is needed.

The successful candidate should have restaurant/hospitality or retail experience; excellent communication skills; strong knowledge of all areas of HR.  5 ? 7 years experience as a generalist is preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience. Benefit package is available.
