This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to exempt, retail recruitment and retention initiatives for the bank's 375+ stores and defines the strategic vision and direction to build world class professional recruiting programs as the bank grows to 700+ stores. Our Professional Recruiters are responsible for staffing the stores Management Team. This includes both Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers.

 

Responsibilites Include:Develops and executes retail exempt recruiting strategies and creates brand identity to "WOW" the candidate Develops and communicates metrics to evaluate and measure success. (i.e. Recruiter Scorecards, Turnover Metrics, Flow Analysis) Manages candidate flow and hires to ensure a balanced selection ratio and compliance with Affirmative Action plans Develops, trains and mentors Professional Recruiters to improve the team's contribution to business objectives Partners with training department to develop effective training programs to ensure recruiters and hiring managers are equipped to make educated hiring decisions Researches and evaluates external market trends and practices to ensure there is an adequate pool of qualified candidates available. Evaluates and modifies recruitment policies and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency and effectiveness Oversees and manages the professional recruiting budget Develops marketing materials to keep prospects engaged Builds external industry related network to spread the Commerce Story Conducts annual performance reviews

 

Requirements Include:Masters Degree and at least seven years experience with recruitment and human resources management positions preferrably in the retail or banking industry Previous experience managing in a professional staffing environment Excellent organization, communication, analytical and presentation skills as well as proficiency with MS Office products Extensive knowledge of HR policy, procedure, federal and state laws regarding employment practices Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and ability to work comfortably in a fast paced organization Ability to travel within the Commerce footprint as needed Strong influencing and relationship management skills Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, leadership, creative problem solving, coaching and supervising team members PHR/SPHR preferred Direct reports: 6 Professional Recruiters Proven ability to analyze problems and develop creative, efficient solutions Excellent organization skills with emphasis on detail orientationIf you would like to apply for either position do so by visiting www.commerceonline.com Click on Join our Team.
