We are seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist within the HR Shared Services organization for our Richardson, TX facility.

 

ResponsibilitiesProvide Administrative support for all Fujitsu retirement programsInterface with recordkeeper, HRIS and PayrollFacilitate ACP/ADP and non discrimination testingPrimary point of contact for auditsRun reports from and update/verify records on recordkeeper’s databaseIdentify and correct errors on weekly payroll and Fidelity feedback filesAudit loan and contribution reports

High school diploma Field of study in Business. 2-4 years working within a human resource organization Experience with 401(K) plan administration required. Familiarity with web based administration system required Non-qualified plan administration preferred. Fidelity experience preferred Familiarity with 409(A) compliance Microsoft Office proficiency/Excel proficiency including V look up and macros. Must be self-directed and able to multitask. Familiarity with PC, copier, Fax
