We are currently looking for an enthusiastic knowledgeable person to fill the role of Risk Management Director/Manager for our growing restaurant chain.? This position is a highly responsible managerial and administrative position with work in planning, organizing and directing the activities of the Risk Management Department within the company. Work involves responsibility for the administration and direction of the company's Risk Management/Liability Insurance programs,contract review and negotiations,?claims performance tracking, and the department budget. Further responsibilities for the development,?implementation and follow up?of all company wide safety & loss control programs.

Requirements:
ARM or CPCU certification preferred.
3-5 years of progressive responsibility in a similar position.
Exceptional development and supervisory skills.

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
