Adecco Technical is currently recruiting for a SENIOR DIVERSITY CONSULTANT for the Columbus area
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties as assigned.
? Manage, implement and track enterprise-wide Diversity and Inclusion training, initiatives and programs
? Research Diversity and Inclusion best practices to include work-life related materials and dissemination of knowledge through presentations, conference calls, etc.
? Serve as Diversity and Affirmative Action resource to include support of diversity business plans, AAP revisions, completion of RFP, and dissemination of knowledge through presentations, conference calls, etc.
? Partnering with segment diversity council members to assure Diversity and Inclusion philosophies, initiatives and practices have appropriate buy-in and support
? Act as Diversity and Inclusion champion by developing materials, tools, templates, processes and delivering training and education to the organization to include Affirmative Action coordinators, diversity council members and business units.
? Enterprise wide project manager for INROADS program and Monster Diversity Leadership Program
? Proactively networking and benchmarking to assure Diversity & Inclusion best practices are applied as appropriate
? Promoting excellence through continuous process improvement and the creative pursuit of new ideas and systems
? Corporate liaison to Work ? Life vendors for the entire company; management of the AA vendor contract/relationship
? Assists with the formulation and dissemination for tracking metrics
? Responsible for managing the company-wide Affirmative Action Program, including the collection of data, the maintenance of records and the preparation and submission of required internal and external reports
? Analyze policies and statistics regarding corporate employment data including applicant, hire, promotion, transfer, termination according to EEO, federal, state, and local requirements
? Facilitate and project manage OFCCP desktop audit process including data preparation, on-site guidance to HR professionals, working with various departments such as HRIS, legal, and Compensation; and conversations with the OFCCP
? Assisting Diversity Director with implementation of strategic initiatives
SUPERVISION TO BE RECEIVED
Under general direction from Director, Diversity who establishes overall strategy, goals and objectives. Plans and directs own work.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (List minimum qualifications for job - education, experience, other.)
? Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field required, an MBA or equivalent is highly preferred with 5-7 years leadership experience managing diversity and/or diversity recruiting strategies preferred.
? Experience with the basic tenants of Diversity, workforce planning or equivalent is highly preferred with emphasis in HR Management or Organization Development
? Demonstrated knowledge of applicable AA/EEO laws, OFCCP, regulations and principles.
? Experience in developing affirmative action plans, affirmative action compliance, and a working knowledge of AAP software required.
? Project management experience in diversity or related function
? Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving.
? Experience in driving large scale change across a complex organization. Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
? Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of management and must be an effective communicator (written/verbal).
? Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and issues effectively and efficiently.
