SR. HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST to $50k+ - Manufacturing

Job Description:
Manufacturing company seeks a Sr. Human Resource Generalist!! Great company, working environment and benefits... Reporting to the General Manager. Responsibility for 350+ employees, new hire/termination process, benefit administration and liaison with ADP on payroll and data input in HR Database. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, pre screening, reference verifications, employee relations, temporary/replacements, I9/UI/WC, FMLA/COBRA management, AAP, EEO.
QUALIFICATIONS: (7) years experience in Human Resources as a Generalist or Payroll/Benefits Administrator in a manufacturing environment; Excellent organizational skills, written/verbal communications skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) both written and verbal is a MUST; Working knowledge of ADP PC for Windows and Timekeeping system (Jantek/Kronos) . Documented experience and/or knowledge of California Labor/Employment Law, Wage & Hour, ADA, EEOC, FMLA, OSHA and best practices; Must possess advanced MS WORD/MS Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook; BA/BS or equivalent work experience;
PHR Certificate is desired
