SR Human Resources Generalist
POSITION: ??????????????????????? SR?Human Resources Generalist ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

PRIMARY FUNCTION:???????Consult/advise call center management, understand business strategies, drive change initiatives and improve center performance.? Identify and participate in HR projects to accomplish HR initiatives. Facilitate meetings and associate interventions.? Implement policy and procedures effectively in accordance with WSI?s core value of People First.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
???????? Ensure the successful implementation of center-specific initiatives and projects; Represent OKC for all 3-center initiatives
???????? Develop a strategic partnership with business client(s) through effective consultation on strategic and operational issues.? Offer options and/or direction to resolve problems and address issues
???????? Responsible for the day-to-day function of the HR Services Department
???????? Drive service levels within the HR Services Department
???????? Provide coaching and counseling to management, associates, and peers in order to enhance individual HR expertise and business knowledge
???????? Support employee relations through proactive and, as necessary, reactive interventions with employees and management confidentially and fairly
???????? Develop, support and communicate policies and procedures.?
???????? Provide timely information and/or education to center leadership team on critical/emerging HR issues having potential impact to the business operations
???????? Oversee staffing and recruiting initiatives.? Consult as required regarding decisions involving promotions, termination, demotions, and transfers
???????? Provide coaching and development to HR Services staff
???????? Manage department budget to ensure objectives are met
???????? Design and facilitate leadership and general training courses
???????? Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned
?
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
???????? Call Center Experience preferred
???????? Minimum 3-5 years HR experience in a generalist role required
???????? Minimum 3-4 years supervisory experience required, including supervision of HR staff
???????? Experience working as a partner of a business unit/profit center, with understanding and knowledge of key performance metrics
???????? Anticipates changing business needs and plans accordingly
???????? Applies best practices and progressive concepts to projects and consulting
???????? Recognizes risks and utilizes appropriate resources to achieve results
???????? Facilitate change: align the direction, build commitment, and focus key stakeholders
???????? Influencing skills, when necessary able to change client?s direction
???????? Facilitates and presents to groups of various sizes, determines best delivery method
???????? Proficient in federal and OK state law, company policies and procedures
???????? Conduct interventions and investigations to resolve employee/manager issues
???????? Uses and recommends appropriate interviewing techniques and recruiting strategies
???????? Handles complex and/or unique employee relation situations independently
?
