Mars Retail Group, a division of Masterfoods USA, is seeking a Human Resources Staffing Administrator to provide administrative and recruiting duties. Reporting to the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Manager, this position is located at our corporate headquarters in Henderson, Nevada.

 

Duties include:
Responsible for EMCI Affirmative Action Plan compliance
Maintenance of all AAP-related files and reporting
Conducts company orientation
Maintenance administrative support on P&O systems
Sending applicant notification letters
Coordinates P& O related postings
Coordination of all interview scheduling and candidate travel, as needed
Responsible for compensation plans
Setting up of interview for Talent Acquisition Manager
Prepare offer letters
Assist with non-exempt recruiting processes
Liaison with temporary employment agencies.

 

Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma
Minimum of 3 years prior Human Resources experience in the employment field.
Successful completion of a drug and background screen.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources preferred.
Associates degree required or equivalent HR experience.
Knowledge of basic HR principles.
Computer literate ? Windows/Microsoft Office.
Experience with interviewing/hiring processes.
Understanding of confidentiality.
Ability to interact with all levels of associates.
Must demonstrate a high degree of self direction while always seeking new ways to perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
