STAFFING MANAGER

COMFORCE Staffing Services,a leading provider of staffing solutions for over 40 years, is seeking a highly motivated Staffing Manager to work in their fast paced Syracuse, New York office.

Requirements:

*Ideal candidate must have 1-3 years recruiting experience in the staffing industry

*Excellent communication skills

*Motivated team player

Responsibilities:

*Recruit for open job orders

*Skill market staffers to help develop business

*Develop ongoing relationships with recruiting sources

*Attend job fairs and speaking engagements

*Assist in reactivation of clients and candidates through direct mail, email and via telephone
