We are surrently seeking candidates for a Sales Audit File Clerk position in the Grapevine area!

 

SUMMARY

Position will insure the timely opening, processing and filing of store?s mail packs.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as business needs require:

? Open, sort, verify and check in all stores? paperwork envelopes within 24 hours of delivery to the department.

? Sort and file in numeric/date order all stores? Daily Envelopes, Credit Card Receipt Envelopes and miscellaneous paperwork as sent in by stores.

? Verify the completeness of filed paperwork, to that which was checked in, on a weekly basis.

? Condense and label monthly store paperwork, within their filing boxes, for archival storage.

? Move monthly archival boxes from Sales Audit Department to Warehouse for storage.

? Put together and label filing boxes for new months Daily Envelopes and Credit Card Receipt Envelopes.

? Maintain the order and cleanliness of the mail processing area.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, education and/or ability required for this position.

 

CREDIT CARD RETEIVAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Assist with credit card retrievals, locate credit card receipts and copy these receipts for the Credit Card.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/ABILITIES

? Able to lift up to 35 pounds from ground level to a height of 5 feet and back.

? Organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities.

? Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and perform basic task work.

? Work with minimal supervision.

? Meet deadlines.

? Operate a personal computer.

? Read and comprehend printed data/information, and data/information displayed on PC monitor.

? Perform basic math functions accurately (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).

? Recognize discrepancies in written/recorded data/information.

? Answer telephone calls in a professional manner.

? Communicate effectively with management and coworkers.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

? High School Diploma or G.E.D.
