We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Recruiter at Group 1 Software, a Pitney Bowes Company, in our Lanham, MD office.



Working in a high volume, fast paced environment, the Sales Recruiter provides guidance to managers in all aspects of the employment process. In this role, you will partner with local and remote managers to develop effective short and long-term recruitment and retention strategies.

The incumbent will be responsible for:


Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with the hiring managers 

Managing the staffing process from open requisition to hire

Implementing strategies to attract, identify and hire high quality employees, utilizing a variety of recruitment sources and methods

Posting requisitions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, performing all due diligence prior to hiring, preparing offer letters

Counseling hiring managers on our recruiting and on-boarding process

Coaching hiring mangers throughout the recruitment process (including using our Recruiting system) and assisting them with candidate selection

Assisting with additional recruitment needs for marketing, administrative and other positions are required

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

 

? Bachelor's degree preferred

? Minimum 5 years recruiting experience in a high-volume corporate environment

? Minimum 2 years sales recruiting experience required

? Minimum 2 years experience using an e-recruiting system

? Experience recruiting for remote locations

? Must be able to employ creative recruiting tactics

? Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision

? Excellent organizational, presentation and collaboration skills are essential

? Must have good relationship management skills to develop successful networks with Hiring Managers, Staffing Team and HR Generalists

? Effective written, verbal, multi tasking and negotiating skills are required

? Excellent candidate assessment skills

? Proficient with recruiting HR systems, Taleo (Recruitsoft) is preferred
