Responsibilities:
-Work with regional leaders to assist them in achieving their growth goals for the year.
-Develop proactive recruiting programs.
-Give presentations to investment representatives and potential recruits.
-Develop and continue to fill qualified candidate pool.

Requirements:
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Good presentation skills.
-A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
-Two-plus years of recruiting experience is preferred.
