Sales Training Manager

Core Responsibilities:
Collaborates with senior sales management to determine a sales training philosophy and a strategic training plan.
Develops or selects sales training curriculum for all enterprise Business Development Officers and sales managers to develop sales skills and sales processes.
Assesses and measures Business Development Officer effectiveness and prepares and distributes periodic reports to sales management.
Manages the sales training process.
Works individually with Business Development Officers and sales management, coaching them to improve their skills.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) of outside sales experience. 
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales training position with specific expertise in presentation and coaching skills
Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities
Demonstrated commitment to excellence and continuous learning
Minimum of a bachelor?s degree, with an emphasis in Business, Training and Development, or Organizational Psychology preferred
