Senior Associate, Campus Recruiting

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join us in our New York City office.

Responsibilities:
?Assist Audit Primary Recruiter in deploying the office recruiting plans
?Support or oversee special office recruiting programs as assigned by Primary Recruiter
?Responsible for recruiting plans at assigned schools, as well as KPMG brand management on-campus and at on-campus events and working with student organizations for practices hiring from school, becoming ?The? KPMG representative known on campus - the point person for students, faculty, career centers, administrators and others on-campus
?Manage KPMG school teams at assigned schools ? attend campus events and helping ensure the right professionals are going to campus
?Key contact for candidates from assigned schools
?Maintain relationships with key faculty and administrators at assigned schools
?Pre-identify candidates for upcoming recruiting events
?Pre-screen resumes as appropriate
?Drive school Matching Gift campaign and other KPMG Foundation initiatives
?Attend regional and national meetings as appropriate


Qualifications:
?College degree
?Two to four years of corporate work experience
?Attention to detail
?Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs in a high-impact environment
?Personable; Positive Attitude
?Excellent time management
?Ability to manage and lead multiple school teams of Partners, Managers and staff, with varying levels of experience in campus recruiting
?Presentation Skills
?Poise and maturity to be the KPMG representative on campus to students, faculty and school administration
?Confidence to make difficult hiring decisions
