Senior Benefits Analyst

Essential Functions and Duties:

This position is responsible for the administration and communication of the company's benefits program including group health plans, disability, flexible spending and 401(k) plan. The Sr. Benefits Analyst works closely with the Benefits Manager in planning, developing and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs. Ensure that Lam Benefit policies are followed through vendor management, program management, survey participation and analysis, employee communications and audit procedures. Present recommendations for policy changes or procedural enhancements. Develop and implement benefit programs and procedures when governing laws or policies change.

 

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge in areas of HRIS, Benefits Administration and Payroll
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5+ years benefits experience, preferably within a global organization including experience with ERISA, Health and Welfare, COBRA, ADA, Workers? Compensation and HIPAA
Administration/Vendor Management Experience
Must be a flexible team player with the ability to interact at all levels and to work on complex problem solving benefit issues.
Bachelor?s Degree in HR or Business related field
CEBS Preferred but not required
Advance knowledge of personal computers and software applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be detailed oriented and multitasked
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong Project Management skills
