Senior Client Relationship Manager (CRM) - HR

Your job will involve leading a team of 6 Client Relationship Managers (CRMS - Human Resources Generalists), supporting the Western Division of our field Wealth Management US Group. You will sit in our Chicago, IL Divisional Office, working closely with the Western Divisional Head. You will serve as a critical partner with the senior clients. As the lead CRM, you will provide a host of CRM services to the client groups that include but are not limited to organizational & workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, coaching, serve as a trusted advisor, understand key business issues and deliver pragmatic solutions. You, along with the team, will lead our Performance Management Core Process for their clients ensuring the adherence to global timelines, practices and policy. You will be accountable for implementing key HR initiatives to the client group all the while partnering with the HR functional specialists.

Basic Qualifications
You are a Human Resources (HR)professional with a BA/BS and/or equivalent experience and 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role. An advanced degree and/or HR Certifications are a plus. You must have Specialist HR experience (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting, Education, Training, Employee Relations), a Financial Services background, experience supporting a large field organization, 4+ years supervisory experience and possess strong coaching, negotiation, communication and influencing skills. Additionally, you must be team-oriented, able to accomplish work in partnership with colleagues or independently as the situation requires and able to take initiative. To be successful in your new role, you must have demonstrated resilience and the ability to adapt to direction changes and challenges as well as the ability to effectively interact with senior management.
