Senior Corporate Recruiting & Diversity Manager

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter and Diversity Manager, you will use all of your recruiting skills to attract and qualify top talent for IHS. In this position, you will partner with all levels of management to qualify hiring needs, develop strategic recruiting plans and execute on those recruiting plans. You will also support the design of a Diverse Recruitment program.

 

Additional responsibilities: ? Build strong working relationships with hiring manager, vendors, professional and community organizations. ? Develop and implement innovative and creative sourcing strategies. ? Participate in campus recruiting activities. ? Assist the Director, Recruiting and Diversity in developing and enhancing recruiting processes and procedures.

 

Qualifications: ? At least 6 ? 8 years of recruiting experience and a proven track record in all areas of recruiting, but not limited to partnering with management to develop strategic recruiting plans, networking, cold calling, internet and database searching. ? Must have excellent closing, organizational presentation and communication skills. ? Must be able to develop strong working relationships. ? Must be able to recruit and work effectively with all levels of candidates and management. ? Must work well in a team environment. ? A thorough understanding of employment laws. ? Ability to travel 5 ? 10%. ? Ability to function in a fast paced environment is essential. ? 5+ years experience recruiting for technical (IT) and sales positions preferred. ? Knowledge of immigration laws and visa processes required. 

 

Education Requirements: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.
