Senior Equity Analyst

Post-grant administration of stock option and restricted stock grant awards, both time and performance from multiple stock-based plans, including those from corporate acquisitions.
Daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
Quarterly reconciliation of exercise activity.
Provide required reporting to tax, payroll, finance, legal and accounting areas.
Interface with the stock plan administration outsource vendor.
Answer employee and HR manager inquiries and assist in identifying and solving problems.
Assist in merger, acquisition, and disposition activity involving equity awards.
Ad hoc research and reporting.
Participate in special projects when necessary.
Provide required documents to external auditors and maintain SOX process assessments.
Monitor Section 16 trading activity to ensure timely delivery to legal department for SEC filings.
Maintain status of 10b5-1 trading plans with broker and legal department

 



- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred.

- Minimum three to five years in Corporate stock plan administration with solid knowledge of securities law, taxation of equity plans, financial reporting  requirements and accounting regulations.

- Prior experience with Transcentive, Equity edge or other stock plan recordkeeping system. Intermediate to advanced Excel and Access skills.
