Job description:

 

The Senior Human Resources Manager (HRM) will be responsible for managing, developing and directing all Human Resources functions for our Call Center located in Eau Claire, WI. The successful candidate will manage an HR staff. The Senior HRM will leverage his/her Human Resources expertise to strengthen the performance of the call center.

Specific functions include: development and implementation of employee reward and recognization programs, managing on going and seasonal non-exempt recruitment, investigate and make recommendations on all associate relations issues, assess and develop a comprehensive compensation plan, implement a performance management system, design and implement training programs, identify and make recommendations on policy enhancements, manage the adminstration of benefits and payroll and partner with management while supporting the business as an HR partner.

We are looking for candidates who have the following skills:

Results driven: Demonstrated ability of experience in managing HR Generalists in a call center/retail environment while delivering exceptional results.

Functional expertise: Track-record of owning all aspects of the recruitment & selection process for this Customer Call Center Unit including: sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, hiring of candidates, reference and background checks, handling new hire orientation and associate follow-ups.

Consulting: Track-record of advising all levels of management and employees as they relate to employee relations and disciplinary issues. Skilled in providing consultative support and service to business units on employee management.

Management / Leadership: Demonstrates ability to lead directly and/or influence a group of individuals to reach identified specific business objectives both within HR and the business units. Skilled in the development and implementation of successful employee programs which drives employee satisfaction.

Administrative: Demonstrates the ability to develop and manage internal HR reporting, have a comprehensive understanding of the financial plan and the impact that HR has to the bottom line. Comprehensive understanding of HR analysis.

Execution: Expertise in the design, development and implementation of management training programs.Experience:Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

8+ years of total business experience.

5 + years practical Human Resources experience is required with at least 3+ years as an HR Manager.

Significant staffing and employee relations experience in a call center or retail environment required.

Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred.

Experience in managing HR in a regional center.

Exceptional influencing and communication skills.

Excellent problem identification, analysis and issue resolution skills.

Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and sales skills.

Excellent presentation skills.

Working knowledge of employment law.

Proficiency with MS Office. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is preferred.
