Source, screen, test, interview and make recommendations to hiring managers for Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory and Quality openings.
Use electronic web-based recruitment tools to update Applicant Tracking system to reflect requisitions and candidate activity.
Take a leadership role in designing and developing the division's co-op and internship programs
Develop and manage Diversity Recruiting initiatives
High level of energy, creativity and independent thinking required
Demonstrated organizational development and communication skills
Involvement in broader human resource generalist activities as appropriate5-7 Years of Recruitment Experience, preferrably within medical device, life science or pharmaceutical firm.
Proven experience working with a variety of recruiting sources, i.e., own initiative sourcing, university, agency, search firms, electronic/web based and others as appropriate
Experience with Gallup or other Assessment Instruments a plusBachelors Degree in Human Resources or General Business; PHR Certification a plus
