Senior HRIS Specialist
Sr. HRIS Specialist § The Sr. HRIS Specialist, reporting to the HRIS Manager, applies technical and functional HR knowledge to the improvement and maintenance of HRIS applications.
????????? HR Systems project management experience preferably in a corporate or dynamic environment.? Will manage small to medium application upgrades, conversions, and implementations.
????????? Oracle HRMS Enterprise implementation or maintenance experience
????????? Support and test interface programs and results to facilitate information flow between Oracle and external systems
????????? Recommend and design business process modifications and improvement
????????? Develop, implement, and deliver user training
????????? Manage user documentation for HRIS applications
????????? Create complex reports using various reporting tools
????????? Provide day to day support to HRIS users
????????? Strong written and oral communication skills
